A Lifetime Warranty Provides Our Customers Peace of Mind

Limitations and Exclusions

The Lifetime Warranty is not transferable and can be honored at any Team Ryan Automotive location. Team Ryan Automotive will not pay another facility to perform warranty repairs.

Team Ryan Automotive reserves the right to void any warranty if there is evidence of abuse, modification/aftermarket accessories, neglect, intentional damage, or repair of another system has affected the original warranted repair. Team Ryan Automotive will not warranty any parts of the vehicle that were not repaired at Team Ryan Automotive, regardless of how damaged.

All recommended services must be performed at the time of repair. Any reduction in the services provided or part quality used will be in exchange for reduced warranty coverage that will be specified on the repair order.

• Tires are excluded from the TRA Lifetime Warranty and are covered by road hazard protection if purchased at the time of installation.
• Batteries are excluded from the TRA Lifetime Warranty and are covered for 2 years/24,000 miles.
• All electronic modules are covered for 12 months/12,000 miles.
• All brake pad/rotor and brake shoe/drum work is covered for 12 months/12,000 miles.
• All shocks and struts are covered for 12 months/12,000 miles.
• All corresponding recommendations for Air Conditioning repairs must be performed with the initial repair. No warranty coverage can be offered otherwise.
• Aftermarket engine/transmission mounts and aftermarket CV axles are covered for 12 months/12,000 miles. Note OEM components carry the TRA Lifetime Warranty.
• Aftermarket catalytic converters are covered for 12 months/12,000 miles. Note that OEM catalytic converters will carry a 8 year/80,000 mile  warranty.
• Engine seals and gaskets are covered under the TRA Lifetime Warranty ONLY if oil changes have been performed every 5,000 miles.
• All large components including but not limited to engines, transmissions, transfer cases, axle/differential assemblies are excluded from the TRA Lifetime Warranty. Any warranty that does apply will be documented on the repair order. If nothing is documented the warranty will be 12 months/12,000 miles.
• All salvage or used parts will have no TRA Warranty.
• All customer supplied parts will have no TRA Warranty.
  
  

There will be no coverage for any loss related to towing, car rental expenses, lost wages or time to the customer, or any other incidental expenses. The maximum warranty coverage cannot exceed the total parts and labor cost of the original repair. 
 

Any warranty will not be valid if there is evidence of vehicle abuse, misuse, or if subsequent repair, service, or altercation has impacted the covered items in question. This will be determined by a Team Ryan Automotive Manager.

We reserve the right to execute a partial or full refund of the purchase price of the goods/services in question instead of performing a warranty repair. This will be determined by a Team Ryan Automotive Manager.

If the vehicle is still under any other factory, manufacturing, aftermarket, extended, or any other warranty that covers a needed component that warranty will take priority over any Team Ryan Automotive warranty. 

Medium/Heavy Duty / Commercial Vehicles

Any vehicle that is commercially used or considered heavy-duty by TRA is not eligible for Lifetime warranty coverage. These vehicles will be covered under a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty that includes all the restrictions from the Lifetime warranty listed above. 

Team Ryan Automotive’s Lifetime Warranty began on our eighth-year anniversary date of April 11th, 2023.

Team Ryan Automotive’s nationwide 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty is still valid on non-lifetime warranty items unless otherwise specified here or on the repair order documentation. All sales final with no refunds.
