If a previous repair falls outside of the Lifetime Warranty or if you find yourself across the country, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with our 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty on qualified repairs. Team Ryan Automotive offers a Nationwide Warranty through our partnership with TechNet.

Passenger Vehicles - 3 years / 36,000 mile Warranty!

Because we have such faith in our work, Team Ryan Automotive offers a 3 year / 36,000 - mile parts and labor warranty (whichever occurs first) on most passenger cars and light-duty truck repairs and services. That way, you can always be confident in our work. We want to alleviate the stress that is often associated with auto repairs and services.

Heavy-Duty / Commercial Vehicles - 3 years / 36,000 mile Warranty!

For heavy-duty vehicles and commercially-used vehicles including fleet vehicles Team Ryan Automotive offers a 3 year / 36,000 mile limited parts and labor warranty, whichever occurs first, excluding brake work.

To Make sure your warranty covers a repair:

• You must bring your vehicle to Team Ryan Automotive for the repair if you are within 50 miles. OR
• Get approval in advance by Team Ryan Automotive management to have a repair completed at another auto repair shop if you are out of town.  We have a nationwide network of shops to help us take care of you no matter where you are. We will identify the nearest shop we trust to handle your needs, and we will ensure those needs get met as if you were in our shop.

** We are unable to issue refunds in place of paying for unauthorized repairs that may have been covered by warranty.  We are always here to help, so please reach out to us to ensure your warranty specifics before making any decisions.

OTHER WARRANTIES / COVERAGES

If your vehicle is still within any aftermarket, extended, or factory warranty that covers a needed component, that warranty then takes priority over the Team Ryan Automotive one. If your car is also still considered under manufacturing warranty, it will be covered to the extent of that specific warranty – not the Team Ryan Automotive warranty. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Our 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty does not include coverage for car rental expenses, towing, lost wages, or any other related expenses. The maximum warranty coverage is equal to the total parts and labor cost of the original repair. The warranty will not be valid if the vehicle has been abused, misused, or if subsequent repair, service, or alteration has affected the covered items. Any and all Team Ryan Automotive Warranties are non-transferable. Team Ryan Automotive reserves the right to refund the full purchase price of goods and services purchased in relation to any warrantable failure in lieu of any warranty claim.
