3. Locate Any Related Published Service Documentation. 

Gathering relevant service information is the objective. We begin by searching for OEM service technical bulletins and recalls. If nothing is found, move on to system description and operation, diagnostic trouble code flow charts, electrical schematics, or component location diagrams.

4. Time To “Get Physical”. 

This includes but is not limited to component removal to gain access, probing and testing wires, use of special functions on one of our scan tools, use of a smoke machine to locate air leaks or use of a digital volt ohm meter or lab scope to gather electrical data.

5. Isolate The Root Cause Of Your Concern. 

We now contact you with clear and concise information and recommendations that allow you to make an informed decision.

6. Perform The Repair. 

This includes repair or replacement of required parts and reassembly of your vehicle.

7. Verify The Repair And Proper Operation Of The System And Vehicle.
